BRACE MATERIAL CONNECTION FITTING
To provide a brace material connection fitting suitable for connecting a brace material made of a rectangular steel pipe to a suspension bolt for hanging a ceiling frame.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: A connection bolt holding member comprises: a connection bolt holding portion having a U-shaped cross section for connecting and holding a connection bolt in a crimped state; and a brace material mounting portion that extends from right and left side walls of the U-shaped connection bolt holding portion to both sides of the brace material made of a rectangular steel pipe and is integrally fastened to the right and left side walls of the brace material. In a connection state with the brace material, by adopting a structure in which a main body wall portion that presses and holds the connection bolt of the connection bolt holding portion is abutted against the center of a connection end of the brace material, the center axis of the connection bolt and the center axis of the brace material made of a rectangular steel pipe can be connected so as to be coaxial and continuous.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
【課題】角形鋼管よりなるブレース材を天井枠吊り下げ用の吊りボルトに連結するのに適したブレース材連結金具を提供する。【課題解決手段】連結ボルト保持部材を、連結ボルトを圧着状態で連結保持する断面コの字形の連結ボルト保持部と、同断面コの字形の連結ボルト保持部の左右両側壁部分から角形鋼管よりなるブレース材の両側に延び、同ブレース材の左右両側壁部に締結一体化されるブレース材取り付け部により構成し、ブレース材との連結状態において、連結ボルト保持部の連結ボルトを圧着保持している本体壁部分をブレース材の連結端部中央に突き当てた構造とすることにより、連結ボルトの中心軸と角形鋼管よりなるブレース材の中心軸が同軸に連続する形で連結できるようにした。【選択図】 図１５
