STRUCTURE FOR PRE-STRESSED CONCRETE
To provide a structure for a pre-stressed concrete integrated with a spacer capable of preventing deformation and damage of a steel permanent formwork.SOLUTION: A structure for a pre-stressed concrete comprises: a steel plate 4b; a rod-like steel material 10 used as a spacer for a pre-stressed concrete whose first end 10a is enlarged and to whose second end at an opposite side a temporary formwork is connected; and a cylinder-shaped member 11 which is fixed to the steel plate 4b, and has an inner diameter larger than the first end 10. The cylinder-shaped member 11 includes an end face with a hole 11a having a smaller diameter than the first end 10a and allowing the rod-like steel material 10 to be inserted therethrough. The cylinder-shaped member is also provided with the first end 10a therein. The structure for a pre-stressed concrete further comprise a buffer material 8b covering a part facing the pre-stressed concrete of the cylinder-shaped member 11 and the steel plate 4b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】鋼製永久型枠の変形や損傷を防止することが可能なスペーサーと一体化したプレストレストコンクリート用構造体の提供。【解決手段】鋼板４ｂと、第１端１０ａが拡張しており、反対側の第２端に仮設型枠が接続されるプレストレストコンクリート用のスペーサーとなる棒状鋼材１０と、鋼板４ｂに固定された、第１端１０ａより大きな内径を有する円柱状部材１１であって、前記第１端１０ａより径が小さいが棒状鋼材１０を挿通可能とする穴１１ａを有する端面を有して、第１端１０ａがその内側にある円柱状部材１１と、円柱状部材１１及び鋼板４ｂのプレストレストコンクリートに面する部分を覆う緩衝材８ｂとを備える。【選択図】図２
