To provide a wall structure, an attachment for a window frame and an installation method of the window frame capable of preventing water from leaking in an indoor side.SOLUTION: A wall structure 1 is provided with: at least one wall structural member 3 in which an opening 2 is formed; a window frame provided along the opening and having a pair of vertical frames, an upper frame, and a lower frame 14; and an attachment 20 for the window frame attached on a base of an inner peripheral surface of the wall structure configuring at lease the opening, to which the window frame is attached, wherein the attachment for the window frame is provided with a drain passage 22 in communication with an outdoor, and the bottom of the attachment for the window frame and both of a first end and a second end in a longitudinal direction of the attachment for the window frame are buried in the wall structural member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
