To provide a water stop technique capable of stopping water from flooding in a short time with less influence on the flooding spot than conventional ones.SOLUTION: A freezing pipe in which a cryogenic cooling medium supplied from a feed section for supplying the cryogenic cooling medium flows comprises a rod-shaped freezing pipe to be inserted into a flooding spot.
