To provide a room entry/exit management system for attaining room entry/exit management where security is kept even without a use of a room entry/exit card.SOLUTION: A data center 2 includes: an image acquisition section 21 for acquiring a captured image by a monitoring camera 12 of a user standing in front of a door of a room; a user identification section 23 for comparing an image of a user obtained by analyzing and extracting a captured image by the image acquisition section 22 with a face image of a user registered in a user information storage section 27; a QR code generation section 24 for generating a QR code including a door ID acquired together with a captured image and a user ID of a user; and a QR code transmission section 25 for mail-transmitting a QR code to a portable terminal 11 of a user. A room entry/exit management system 4 includes: a QR code reading section 41 for allowing a user to read a QR code displayed on a screen of the portable terminal 11; and a user authentication section 43 for decrypting a QR code so as to perform user authentication.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】入退室カードを利用しないでもセキュリティ性を維持した入退室管理を実現しうる入退室管理システムを提供する。【解決手段】データセンター２は、部屋の扉の前に立つユーザの監視カメラ１２による撮影画像を取得する画像取得部２１と、画像解析部２２が撮影画像を解析して抽出したユーザの画像をユーザ情報記憶部２７に登録されているユーザの顔画像と照合することで撮影されたユーザを特定するユーザ特定部２３と、撮影画像と共に取得した扉ＩＤとユーザのユーザＩＤとを含むＱＲコードを生成するＱＲコード生成部２４と、ＱＲコードを当該ユーザの携帯端末１１へメール送信するＱＲコード送信部２５と、を有する。入退室管理システム４は、ユーザが携帯端末１１の画面に表示したＱＲコードを読み取るＱＲコード読取部４１と、ＱＲコードを解読してユーザ認証を行うユーザ認証部４３と、を有する。【選択図】図２
