SURFACE-COATING METHOD OF CONCRETE STRUCTURE
To provide a surface-coating technique of a concrete structure which can solve a problem in primer coating workability, a problem in swelling of a surface-coated layer by air accumulation, and a problem in damage of the surface-coated layer at once, with a simple work.SOLUTION: A surface-coating method of a concrete structure includes: a coating step of a first primer layer 20 of coating a first primer material onto a surface of a concrete structure 10; a curing step of curing the first primer layer 20 until the first primer layer reaches hardness capable of resisting against a swelling force of air accumulation; a coating step of a second primer layer 30 of coating a second primer material onto a surface of the first primer layer 20; and a coating step of a surface-coated layer 40 of bonding and coating a surface coating made of a polymer cement-based mortar onto a surface of a second primer layer 30, in which viscosity of the first primer is smaller than viscosity of the second primer material, and hues when the first primer material and the second primer material are cured are a combination of different hues.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】簡易な作業によって、プライマーの塗布作業性の問題と、空気溜りによる表面被覆層の膨らみの問題と、表面被覆層の損傷の問題を一挙に解決できる、コンクリート構造物の表面被覆技術を提供すること。【解決手段】コンクリート構造物１０の表面に第１プライマー材を塗布する第１プライマー層２０の被覆工程と、空気溜りの膨らみ力に対抗し得る硬度に達するまで第１プライマー層２０を養生する養生工程と、第１プライマー層２０の表面に第２プライマー材を塗布する第２プライマー層３０の被覆工程と、第２プライマー層３０の表面にポリマーセメント系モルタル製の表面被覆を接着して被覆する表面被覆層４０の被覆工程とを有し、１プライマー材の粘度が第２プライマー材の粘度より小さい関係にあり、第１プライマー材と第２プライマー材の養生時の色彩を異なる色彩の組み合わせとした。【選択図】図１
