LONG BRAKING HINGE
To provide an aesthetically satisfactory long-size braking hinge capable of being easily and properly attached to a horizontal movable body.SOLUTION: A plastic braking plug 16 has a first outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter and inner diameter larger than the shaft diameter of a barrel part 7. The breaking plug is inserted and locked in the first barrel part 7, and a shaft 18 is arranged to penetrate all through barrel parts. After fitting the fixing holders 22 and 22 to both ends of the shaft and locking it to the second barrel portion 8 on the end side, the breaking plug 16 is pressed inward through the first barrel part 7 and tightened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】横長の可動体に対して正確且つ容易に取り付けることができ、ヒンジ組み立てが簡単で美観的にも好ましい長寸の制動ヒンジを提案する。【解決手段】プラスチック制動プラグ１６は第１バレル部７の内径よりも小さい外径とシャフト直径よりも大きい内径を有し、該制動プラグを第１バレル部７内にそれぞれ嵌入・係止させ、シャフト１８を全バレル部を貫通するように配置し、該シャフトの両端部に固定ホルダ２２，２２を嵌めて端側の第２バレル部８に係止させてから、プレスによって第１バレル部７を経て制動プラグ１６を内方へ締め付ける。【選択図】図２
