To provide a cement composition that can be hardened in a shortened heating time and can produce a hardened body of high compression strength and flexural strength, and a method of producing a cement hardened body using the cement composition.SOLUTION: There is provided a cement composition according to the present invention comprising cement, silica fume of a BET surface area of 15 to 25 m/g, inorganic powder of 50% cumulative particle diameter of 0.8 to 5 μm, a lime-based expansion material, aggregate A of a maximum particle diameter of not larger than 1.2 mm, a metal fiber of a diameter of 0.01 to 1.0 mm and of a length of 2 to 30 mm, a high performance water reducing agent, a defoaming agent, and water, in which cement composition, the cement content is 55 to 65 volume%, the silica fume content is 5 to 25 volume%, and the inorganic powder content is 15 to 35 volume%, relative to 100 volume% of the total of the cement, the silica fume, and the inorganic powder.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】本発明は、前記加熱時間を短縮でき、また圧縮強度と曲げ強度が高いセメント組成物と、該セメント組成物を用いたセメント質硬化体の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、セメント、BET比表面積が15〜25m2/gのシリカフューム、50%累積粒径が0.8〜5μmの無機粉末、石灰系膨張材、最大粒径が1.2mm以下の骨材A、直径が0.01〜1.0mmで長さが2〜30mmの金属繊維、高性能減水剤、消泡剤、および水を含むセメント組成物であって、セメント、シリカフューム、および無機粉末の合計を100体積%として、セメントの含有率が55〜65体積%、シリカフュームの含有率が5〜25体積%、および無機粉末の含有率が15〜35体積%であるセメント組成物等である。【選択図】なし
