To prevent bending deformation of the top plate of a floor panel.SOLUTION: A floor panel reinforcement member 10 of the present disclosure reinforces a resin floor panel 50 having a structure of multiple supporting legs 52 hanging from a top plate 51 roughly square in plan view. The floor panel reinforcement member 10 has a base plate 11 overlapped to the top plate 51 from underside and butted to multiple undersurface ribs 60 protruded from the undersurface of the top plate 51, insertion parts 21 protruded from an upper surface of the base plate 11 and inserted into rib inside spaces formed by being surrounded by multiple ribs 60 to suppress deformation of the rib inside spaces, and a dropout restriction part restricting dropout of the base plate 11 by engaging with the floor panel 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
