REMOVING METHOD OF EXTERIOR WALL TILE COAT
To provide a removing method of an exterior wall tile coat capable of removing a coat for preventing crack in a tiled surface, falling of a tile, and moisture content, clean and easily and reducing cost, in removing the coat by peeling.SOLUTION: At least the following steps are carried out in sequence. A) A release agent coating step of coating an alcohol-based release agent on a transparent coat coated for preventing falling of a tile and moisture content on an exterior wall tile surface. B) A coated face drying preventing step of preventing drying by making a synthetic resin sheet treated by corona discharge be in close contact with the coated face of the alcohol-based release agent. C) A coat softening step of making the alcohol-based release agent infiltrating the coat soften the coat by leaving for a predetermined period of time. D) A coat removing step of peeling the synthetic resin sheet after the predetermined period of time lapses to which the softened coat stick, to remove the coat. E) A washing step of washing a surface of the exterior wall tile and a joint portion with high-pressure washing water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明はタイル貼り面のひび割れやタイルの剥落防止用又は防水用の被膜を、剥離させて除去する際、その被膜がきれいに且つ容易に除去できると共にコストダウン可能な外壁タイル用被膜の除去方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】イ）外壁タイルの表面にタイル剥落防止用又は防水用として被覆した透明な被膜に、アルコール系剥離剤を塗布する剥離剤塗布工程。 ロ）アルコール系剥離剤の塗布面に、コロナ放電処理した合成樹脂製シートを密着させて、乾燥を防止する塗布面乾燥防止工程。 ハ）所定時間放置させ、アルコール系剥離剤が被膜に浸透されて、その被膜を軟化させる被膜軟化工程。 二）所定時間後、合成樹脂製シートを剥がすと、軟化した被膜を合成樹脂製シートに付着させて、その被膜を除去させる被膜除去工程。 ホ）外壁タイルと目地部の表面を、高圧洗浄水で洗浄する洗浄工程。 少なくとも以上の工程を順次行う。【選択図】図１
