GROUT REINJECTION AUTOMATIC CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM AND GROUT REINJECTION AUTOMATIC CONSTRUCTION METHOD
To provide a grout reinjection automatic construction system and a grout reinjection automatic construction method which enable mechanization and labor saving and cause no human error, and allow anyone to automatically manage construction irrespective of a level of skill.SOLUTION: A grout reinjection automatic construction method that automatically re-injects a grout into a cavity part of an existing PC structure includes a cavity amount estimation step of estimating a cavity amount of the cavity part, a cavity part decompression step of decompressing inside the cavity part, a grout injection step of injecting a grout by a negative pressure into the cavity part that is decompressed in the cavity part decompression step to a negative pressure, and a grout press-in step of pressing-in the grout to the residual cavity part by a press-in pump after the grout injection step by the negative pressure. The grout press-in step includes automatically managing a pressure and an injection speed of the press-in pump based on the cavity amount estimated by the cavity amount estimation step and an injection amount of the injected grout and pressing-in the grout.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】機械化及び省力化が可能でヒューマンエラーが無く、熟練度に関係なく誰でも自動で施工管理が可能なグラウト再注入自動施工システム及びグラウト再注入自動施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】既存PC構造物の空洞部にグラウトを自動で再注入するグラウト再注入自動施工方法であって、前記空洞部の空洞量を推定する空洞量推定工程と、前記空洞部内を減圧する空洞部減圧工程と、前記空洞部減圧工程で減圧して負圧となった前記空洞部にグラウト注入する負圧によるグラウト注入工程と、前記負圧によるグラウト注入工程後に残存する空洞部に圧入ポンプによりグラウトを圧入するグラウト圧入工程と、を備え、前記グラウト圧入工程では、前記空洞量推定工程で推定した空洞量と注入したグラウトの注入量とに基づいて、前記圧入ポンプの圧力及び注入速度を自動で管理して圧入する。【選択図】図1
