Where a line including a connection portion 32b between the swing vane and the joint body in a transverse view orthogonal to the axis line of the swing vane, extending downwardly toward a first side X1 in the circumferential direction and an end 34c opposite to the connection portion of the swivel vane is set as a reference line L2, area ratio of a region R6, which is an internal space of the joint body and is opposite to the tip of the swirl vane on the first side with respect to the reference line, relative to the internal space of the joint body is 30% or more when viewed downward in a cross-sectional view, regardless of the axial position of the cross-section, and area ratio of the swivel vane in the internal space of the vertical tube to the area of the internal space of the vertical tube is 5% or more and 30% or less in plane view.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
