To provide a bathroom floor panel connection device capable of reliably and easily connecting floor panels to each other in a bathroom floor in which the plurality of floor panels are arranged.SOLUTION: A first floor panel and a second floor panel adjacent to each other on a bathroom floor 2 are connected by a bathroom floor panel connection device 20. The first floor panel is provided with a first connection component of the bathroom floor panel connection device 20, and a second floor panel is provided with a second connection component. An operating member of the first connection component allows an engagement member to move between an attachment/detachment position and a restriction position. The second connection component is detachably attached to the engagement member in the attaching/detaching position and is inseparably restrained by the engaging member in the restriction position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
