To obtain a joint member and a shaft member joint structure which facilitate positioning of a shaft member.SOLUTION: A shaft member joint structure 10 includes: a first shaft member 12; a base plate 22 joined to an end portion 12A of the first shaft member 12; a plurality of second shaft members 14, 16 in which end portions 14A, 16A are cut obliquely to form cuts 34, 38, and front end surfaces 34A, 38A are joined to the base plate 22; a partition plate 24 which is erected from the base plate 22 and has slopes 34B, 38B of the cuts 34, 38 of the second shaft members 14, 16 joined to the plate surface; positioning plates 26, 28 projecting from the plate surface of the partition plate 24; and slits 36, 40 which are formed in the axial direction of the second shaft members 14, 16 and into which the positioning plates 26, 28 are inserted and joined.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
