HOLDING HARDWARE FIXING STRUCTURE AND FIXING METHOD OF HOLDING HARDWARE
To obtain a holding hardware fixing structure and a fixing method of holding hardware, with which damage of ALC fixtures and ALC panels can be suppressed by distributing an upwash load to ALC fixtures of plural ALC panels to support them.SOLUTION: A fixing method of holding hardware fixes a holding hardware 24 to plural rectangular ALC panels 16, 18 that are fixed on a beam 14 to constitute a roof part 12. The fixing method includes the steps of: arranging the holding hardware 24 onto the ALC panels 16, 18 using the shorter direction of the ALC panels 16, 18 as the longer direction of a base plate 26 so that a support pillar 28 erected at the center of the base plate 26 and supporting a lower crosspiece 36A of a solar panel 34 is positioned on the boundary between long sides 16A, 18A at the substantial central part of the long sides 16A, 18A of the ALC panels 16, 18 disposed adjacent thereto; and fixing both end parts of the base plate 26 by bolts 32 into plug anchors 30 embedded in the ALC panels 16, 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】吹上荷重を複数のＡＬＣパネルのＡＬＣ固定金具に分散して支持させることにより、ＡＬＣ固定金具及びＡＬＣパネルの破損を抑止することができる支持金物固定構造及び支持金物固定方法を得る。【解決手段】梁１４上に固定され屋根部１２を構成する複数の矩形状のＡＬＣパネル１６、１８に支持金物２４を固定する支持金物固定方法は、ベースプレート２６の中央に立設され太陽光パネル３４の下桟３６Ａを支持する支柱２８が、隣接させて配設されたＡＬＣパネル１６、１８の長辺１６Ａ、１８Ａの略中央部において長辺１６Ａ、１８Ａ同士の境界上に位置するように、ＡＬＣパネル１６、１８の短手方向をベースプレート２６の長手方向として支持金物２４をＡＬＣパネル１６、１８上に配置する工程と、ボルト３２によってベースプレート２６の両端部をＡＬＣパネル１６、１８に埋設されたプラグアンカ３０に固定する工程と、を有する。【選択図】図１
