STEEL INTERIOR-EXTERIOR BASE MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
To provide a steel interior-exterior base material by which a steel base member is firmly fastened to other members and plastic deformation of steel base member is prevented.SOLUTION: A steel interior-exterior base material 100 includes: a first joint plate 30 and a second joint plate 40, which are fixed to a first furring strip 1; a second furring strip 2 having a closed cross-section S1, which is connected to the first furring strip 1 via the first joint plate 30 and the second joint plate 40; and a stepped bolt 20 that penetrates closed cross-section S1 of the second furring strip 2, the first joint plate 30 and the second joint plate 40. The stepped bolt 20 has a cylindrical portion 21 and a screw portion 22 where the thread is formed, in which the outer diameter R1 of the cylindrical portion 21 is larger than the outer diameter R2 of the screw portion 22. The diameter D1 of the insertion side bolt hole 31 of the first joint plate 30 is larger than the outer diameter R1 of the cylindrical portion 21. The diameter D2 of the fastening side bolt hole 41 of the second joint plate 40 is smaller than the outer diameter R1 of the cylindrical portion 21 and larger than the outer diameter R2 of the screw portion 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
