To provide a folding unit house having a configuration to allow an assembly work easily by performing a construction work of columns safely.SOLUTION: A folding unit house comprises a floor 1, columns 11, 12, 21 and 22 switchable between a standing state and a fallen state, a roof 2 placed and mounted to other ends 11t, 12t, 21t and 22t of the columns 11, 12, 21 and 22, rails 2p, 2r, 2q and 2s arranged on a bottom surface of the roof 2, pulley 80a, 80b, 90a and 90b engaged movably with the rails 2p, 2r, 2q and 2s and wires 13a, 13b, 23a and 23b one ends of which are connected to the pulleys 80a, 80b, 90a and 90b and the other ends of which are connected to the columns 11, 12, 21 and 22, respectively while erecting the columns 11, 12, 21 and 22 in the fallen state to the standing state and constructing by rotating one ends 11i, 12i, 21i and 22i of the columns 11, 12, 21 and 22 along with a hanging up operation of the roof 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
