To manage a state of the inside of a piping by grasping the state with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A piping 30 with liquid 50 flowing thereinside includes an electrode pair 10 configured by including a plurality of band-shaped electrode bodies 12 and fixed to the surface of the piping 30 such that a longitudinal direction of the electrode bodies 12 is a fluctuation direction of a liquid level of the liquid 50, and a measuring apparatus 20 fixed to the surface of the piping 30 to measure the electrostatic capacity of the electrode pair 10. Also, a piping system for managing the piping 30 with the liquid 50 flowing thereinside includes the electrode pair 10 configured by including the plurality of band-shaped electrode bodies 12 and fixed to the surface of the piping 30 such that the longitudinal direction of the electrode bodies 12 is the fluctuation direction of the liquid level of the liquid 50, the measuring apparatus 20 fixed to the surface of the piping 30 to measure the electrostatic capacity of the electrode pair 10, and an information processing device 40 connected communicably to the measuring apparatus 20 to calculate a state of the inside of the piping 30 on the basis of a measurement value of the electrostatic capacity measured by the measuring apparatus 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
