To provide a display panel support tool capable of stably supporting a display panel and reducing the risk of transfer caused by wind pressure.SOLUTION: A display panel support tool includes a rectangular support frame and support parts that are arranged in the support frame and support a display panel. The support frame has a pair of frame materials juxtaposed at intervals and a plurality of connection materials for connecting the pair of frame materials to fix them. The plurality of connection materials are juxtaposed at intervals in a whole length direction of the frame materials. The support parts have insertion grooves that are recessed in the pair of frame materials or the pair of connection materials adjacent to each other respectively and that have openings facing each other. The display panel is supported by the insertion of both end sides of the display panel into the pair of insertion grooves. The plurality of support parts are arranged side by side in the whole direction of the frame materials. An open hole is formed between the support parts adjacent to each other in the support frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
