To easily replace a door frame 11 without causing the peeling of a cloth of a wall part 1 at the time of remodeling, and to easily perform the remodeling work and the construction work, while improving reliability by preventing the slippage, peeling, and coming-off of the door frame 11 during normal use.SOLUTION: The door frame 11 includes right and left vertical frames 12 and an upper frame 13 which are arranged around an opening 2 of the wall part 1 of a building. Each of the vertical frames 12 and the upper frame 13 is formed into a double structure of a base frame 15 fixed to a column 3 and a lintel 4 by screws V on the back surface and a decoration frame 20 detachably attached and fixed to the surface of the base frame 15. An embedded nut 36 is engaged with the surface of the base frame 15 in an embedded state, bolt insertion holes 27, 30 are formed in the decoration frame 20, and a fastening bolt 37 inserted into the bolt insertion holes 27, 30 is screwed and fastened to the embedded nut 36 of the base frame 15, causing the decoration frame 20 to be detachably attached to the base frame 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】通常の使用時にドア枠１１のずれや剥がれ、外れ等を防いで信頼性を高める一方、リフォーム時には壁部１のクロスの剥がれ等を招くことなくドア枠１１を容易に交換できるようにし、リフォーム作業や工事を容易で簡潔に行い得るようにする。【解決手段】ドア枠１１は、建物の壁部１の開口部２周りに配置される左右の縦枠１２と上枠１３とを備える。縦枠１２及び上枠１３は、いずれも、柱３及びまぐさ４に裏面でビスＶにより固定される下地枠１５と、この下地枠１５の表面に着脱可能に取付固定される化粧枠２０との二重構造とする。下地枠１５の表面に埋込ナット３６が埋め込み状態で係合され、化粧枠２０にはボルト挿通孔２７，３０が形成され、ボルト挿通孔２７，３０に挿通された締結ボルト３７が下地枠１５の埋込ナット３６に螺合締結されることで、化粧枠２０が下地枠１５に着脱可能に取付固定される。【選択図】図２
