DRIVE UNIT
To provide a drive unit that enables downsizing and weight saving while having a door closer function.SOLUTION: A drive unit includes a closing side drum 70 and an opening side drum 80 provided so that the drums are in parallel with each other. The closing side drum 70 is driven by a brushless motor. Driving force of the closing side drum 70 is made to be transmitted to the opening side drum 80 using a drive belt 90. A slide door is made to move from a predetermined position with respect to an opening on the side of a position for making the opening be fully closed, in a state in which a closing side cable 23 is wound around a small diameter part of the closing side drum 70 and an opening side cable 24 is wound around a small diameter part of the opening side drum 80. The slide door is made to move from the predetermined position with respect to the opening on the side of a position for making the opening be fully opened, in a state in which the closing side cable 23 is wound around a large diameter part of the closing side drum 70 and the opening side cable 24 is wound around a large diameter part of the opening side drum 80.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】ドアクローザ機能を備えつつ、小型軽量化が可能な駆動ユニットを提供する。【解決手段】閉側ドラム７０と開側ドラム８０とを互いに平行となるように設け、閉側ドラム７０をブラシレスモータで駆動し、駆動ベルト９０により閉側ドラム７０の駆動力を開側ドラム８０に伝達するようにした。また、閉側ケーブル２３が閉側ドラム７０の小径部に巻き掛けられ、かつ開側ケーブル２４が開側ドラム８０の小径部に巻き掛けられた状態では、スライドドアは開口部に対する所定位置から開口部を全閉とする位置側で移動し、閉側ケーブル２３が閉側ドラム７０の大径部に巻き掛けられ、かつ開側ケーブル２４が開側ドラム８０の大径部に巻き掛けられた状態では、スライドドアは開口部に対する所定位置から開口部を全開とする位置側で移動するようにした。【選択図】図３
