ASSEMBLY STRUCTURE OF TRUSS AND ASSEMBLY METHOD
To provide an assembly structure of a truss capable of joining a lattice material at an intermediate part of a T shape member used as a chord member, etc comfortably and its assembly method in the truss structure without having 2 chord materials in a same plane in a bilayer space truss engine frame.SOLUTION: A surface of a lattice mount plate 5 connected to a joint bundle material 4 shares a member axis AC of the lattice material 3 relative to a plane defined by a triangle ABC having 3 sides of a member axis AB of the joint bundle material 4, a member axis AC of the lattice material 3 and a member axis BC of a lower chord material 2, and is included in a plane Forthogonal crossing with a plane Forthogonal to a twist rotation axis X of a truss structure plane. A lattice mount plate 6 is mounted to an intermediate part of the lower chord material 2 orthogonal or approximately orthogonal to the plane of which surface is defined by the triangle ABC. The upper and lower chord material 1, 2 are twisted and joined around a member axis so that its end part joint surface and the joint surface of a chord material mount part J1a, J2a are in the same plane.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】複層立体トラス架構において、2本の弦材が同一平面内にないトラス構造であって、弦材に用いたT形部材等の中間部にラチス材を無理なく接合できるトラスの組立て構造とその組立て方法を提供する。【解決手段】節点束材4に接続されるラチス取付けプレート5の面は、節点束材4の部材軸ABと、ラチス材3の部材軸ACと、下弦材2の部材軸BCと、を3辺とする三角形ABCで決定される平面に対してラチス材3の部材軸ACを共有し、かつトラス構面の捩じり回転軸Xに直交する平面F1と直交交差する平面F2に含まれている。ラチス取付けプレート6は、その面を三角形ABCで決定される平面に直交もしくは略直交して、下弦材2の中間部に取付けられている。上下弦材1、2は、その端部接合面と弦材取付け部J1a、J2aの接合面とが同一平面になるように、部材軸回りに捩られ接合されている。【選択図】図4
