To provide a hot water storage tank capable of obtaining appropriate strength without affecting the amount of hot water storage and convection of hot water, and suppressing the hindrance to compactness, and a hot water storage heat exchanger, and a sanitary washing device.SOLUTION: A hot water storage tank 100 having a space for storing hot water inside, includes: a tank body 110 that has a first housing 120 and a second housing 122 to be joined with the first housing, and forms a space by joining the first housing and the second housing; and a flange portion 112 protruding outward that is formed in the joint portion between the first housing and the second housing of the tank body.
