To provide a solidified pile forming method that performs prejetting which uses a novel excavation fluid that is a compound of a relatively small amount of active ingredients and effectively excavates hard clay layers, and that improves mud discharge.SOLUTION: The solidified pile forming method is for forming a solidified pile by jetting a solidification material from a solidification material jet nozzle. Before the solidification material is jetted from the solidification material jet nozzle, prejetting is performed to soften the ground in advance using an excavation fluid that includes an anionic dispersant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
