To provide a movable protective fence capable of preventing a caster body from scattering greatly when a vehicle collides with the movable protective fence.SOLUTION: A movable protective fence 1 comprises a caster 10, the caster 10 includes a caster body 18 having a wheel 52 and a wheel supporting part 54, a mounting shaft 12 mounted on a base plate 2 and extending downward from the base plate 2, and a bearing apparatus 14 interposed between the mounting shaft 12 and the wheel supporting part 54 to allow turning of the wheel supporting part 54 taking the shaft center of the mounting shaft 12 as the center, and the movable protective fence 1 comprises a scatter preventing member 63 connecting the wheel supporting part 54 and the mounting shaft 12 so as to prevent scattering of the caster body 18 from the mounting shaft 12 while allowing the wheel supporting part 54 to turn with an outer ring member 36 of the bearing apparatus 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
