METHOD FOR REPAIRING CRACK OF SURFACE FINISH MATERIAL
To provide a method for repairing a crack of a surface finish material that can repair the crack in a short time at a low cost through easy work.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a method for repairing a crack made in a surface finish material made of synthetic resin of a finish structure using the surface finish material. The finish structure is for a floor, a wall, a column, a beam, a ceiling, and a staircase. The method has: a cutting step of cutting the crack to form a repair groove having a depth equal to or less than a thickness of the surface finish material; a filling step of filling the repair groove with a repair material made of the same material with the surface finish material to raise the repair material from a surface of the surface finish material; and a polishing step of polishing the surface of the surface finish material flatly after the filled repair material is hardened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】簡単な作業により短時間で安価に補修することができる表面仕上げ材のひび割れの補修方法を提供する。【解決手段】合成樹脂製の表面仕上げ材を用いた仕上げ構造の前記表面仕上げ材に発生したひび割れを補修する表面仕上げ材のひび割れの補修方法であって、前記仕上げ構造は、床、壁、柱、梁、天井、及び、階段の仕上げ構造であり、前記ひび割れを切削し、前記表面仕上げ材の厚み以下の深さを有する補修溝を形成する切削工程と、前記補修溝内に前記表面仕上げ材と同一材料でなる補修材を、前記表面仕上げ材の表面より盛り上げて充填する充填工程と、充填した前記補修材が硬化した後に前記表面仕上げ材の前記表面を平坦に研磨する研磨工程と、を有する。【選択図】図２
