【課題】アスファルトを軟化させることにより施工性を改善できると共に、白化等の外観不良を抑制することができ、更にアスファルトを加熱した状態で長時間保管しても軟化効果の低下を抑制することができるアスファルト用施工性改善剤を提供する。【解決手段】トリアルカノールアミンと炭素数１６〜２２の脂肪酸とのエステルであって、エステル化度が０．３〜１．０であるエステルからなることを特徴とする、アスファルト用施工性改善剤。【選択図】なし
