SEESAW TYPE GLOVE BOX LOCK DEVICE
To achieve motion conversion from an opening operation of a knob member to an opening motion of a glove box door, by a simple structure with good operability.SOLUTION: A seesaw type glove box lock device comprises: a knob member mounted on a glove box door that opens and closes an instrument panel opening, so as to be rotatable in both rotation directions from a reference position; first and second rods, each of which slides so as to retreat from a lock position in which each tip part is engaged to an instrument panel receiving part towards each unlock position in which the engagement is released, by rotating in both rotation directions from the reference position of the knob member; and a synchronizing member for synchronizing sliding of the first rod and the second rod. The knob member has an interlocking hole. The first rod has an interlocking pin that engages with the interlocking hole. The interlocking hole and the interlocking pin are formed and disposed so that when the knob member is rotated in both rotation directions from the reference position, the interlocking pin moves along a peripheral wall inside the interlocking hole, causing the first and second rods to retreat from the lock position towards the respective unlock positions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】ノブ部材の開操作からグラブドアの開動作までの動作変換を操作性良く簡易な構造で実現すること。【解決手段】シーソー式グラブロック装置は、インパネ開口を開閉するグラブドアに対して基準位置から両回動方向へ回動可能に取り付けられるノブ部材と、それぞれ、ノブ部材の基準位置から両回動方向への回動により、先端部がインパネ受け部に係合されるロック位置からその係合が解除されるロック解除位置へ向けて後退するようにスライドする第一及び第二ロッドと、第一ロッドと第二ロッドとのスライドを同期させる同期部材と、を備える。ノブ部材は、連動孔を有する。第一ロッドは、連動孔に係合する連動ピンを有する。連動孔及び連動ピンは、ノブ部材が基準位置から両回動方向へ回動された際に連動ピンが連動孔内でその周壁に沿って移動することにより第一及び第二ロッドがロック位置からロック解除位置へ向けて後退するように形成配置されている。【選択図】図３
