To provide a construction method of an impervious wall having sufficient strength, capable of using Na type bentonite.SOLUTION: In the method of constructing an impervious wall by supplying bentonite to the ground G and agitating, a water absorption material is supplied to the ground in addition to bentonite liquid having exchangeable cations. The water absorption material is a molecular polymer, and the supply amount of molecular polymers per liter of the bentonite liquid having exchangeable cations is 0.0001 to 0.01 kg. The bentonite liquid having exchangeable cations is alkali metal type bentonite liquid, and the condensation of the alkali metal type bentonite liquid is 5 to 60 W/V%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】十分な強度を有し、かつＮａ型ベントナイトも使用することができる遮水壁の構築方法を提供する。【解決手段】地盤にベントナイトを供給して攪拌する遮水壁の構築方法であり、交換性陽イオンを有するベントナイトの液体と共に、吸水性材料を地盤に供給する。吸水性材料が高分子ポリマーであり、交換性陽イオンを有するベントナイトの液体１Ｌ当たりの高分子ポリマーの供給量が、０．０００１〜０．０１ｋｇである。交換性陽イオンを有するベントナイトの液体が、アルカリ金属型ベントナイトの液体であり、アルカリ金属型ベントナイトの液体の濃度が、５〜６０Ｗ／Ｖ％である。【選択図】なし
