INVERTED POST POSITIONING JIG
To provide a jig capable of positioning an inverted post with a necessary and sufficient accuracy regardless of a simple structure.SOLUTION: A positioning jig 1 includes: a casing 10 arranged in a vertical hole in which an inverted post A is buried; a plurality of support members 20 disposed above an upper end portion 10a of the casing 10; a plate member 30 disposed above the plurality of support members 20 so as to straddle the support members 20; an opening portion 36 which is provided in the plate member 30 and into which the inverted post A can be inserted; and a guide member 40 extending from a peripheral edge of the opening 36 along an insertion direction of the inverted post A. Vertical distances from different two positions in a longer direction of each support member 20 to an upper end of the casing 10 can be respectively adjusted. A position of the plate member 30 with respect to each support member 20 can be adjusted. A length of the guide member 40 is shorter than the whole length of the inverted post A and longer than a half of the whole length of the inverted post A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】簡易な構造でありながら、逆打支柱を必要十分な精度で位置決めすることができる冶具を提供する。【解決手段】位置決め冶具1は、逆打支柱Aが埋め込まれる縦穴内に設置されるケーシング10と、ケーシング10の上端部10aの上方に配置される複数本の支持部材20と、複数本の支持部材20の上に、これら支持部材20に跨って配置されるプレート部材30と、プレート部材30に設けられ、逆打支柱Aを挿入可能な開口部36と、開口部36の周縁から逆打支柱Aの挿入方向に沿って延在するガイド部材40と、を有する。各支持部材20の長手方向における異なる二箇所からケーシング10の上端までの鉛直距離がそれぞれ調節可能であり、かつ、各支持部材20に対するプレート部材30の位置が調節可能であり、ガイド部材40の長さは、逆打支柱Aの全長よりも短く、かつ、逆打支柱Aの全長の1/2よりも長い。【選択図】図1
