To provide a sound absorption panel that can obtain sound reduction effect respectively beside and below the sound source, and on the extension line of the sound source to the sound absorption panel.SOLUTION: A sound absorption panel 1 installed on the top of a soundproof wall includes an exterior material 10 having a front surface part facing the sound source side and a rear surface part facing the sound receiving side, and a sound absorbing material embedded in the exterior material 10. On a front plate 11, a first opening 16a is provided all over the front surface part, and on the rear surface part, a second opening 16b is provided only above a rear plate 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
