BUILDING AND BUILDING WALL CONSTRUCTION METHOD
To provide a building capable of ensuring continuity of a heat insulating structure in the horizontal direction between adjacent outer wall panels.SOLUTION: The building includes a plurality of outer wall panels that are horizontally adjacent to each other. Each of the plurality of outer wall panels includes a framework, an outer wall arranged outside the framework and spaced from the framework, a first metal fitting attached to the framework and extending from the framework to the outer wall side, a second metal fitting attached to the outer wall and extending from the outer wall to the framework side, and rotatably connected to the first metal fitting, a first heat insulating material arranged in a gap between a connecting portion between the first metal fitting and the second metal fitting and the framework. The plurality of outer wall panels are arranged horizontally adjacent to each other so that a horizontal gap is formed between the outer walls and the first heat insulating materials are in contact with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】隣接する外壁パネル間の水平方向における断熱構造の連続性を確保することが可能な建築物を提供する。【解決手段】建築物は、水平方向に互いに隣接する複数の外壁パネルを備えている。前記複数の外壁パネルの各々は、軸組と、前記軸組から離間して前記軸組の外側に配置された外壁と、前記軸組に取り付けられると共に、前記軸組から前記外壁側に延びる第１金具と、前記外壁に取り付けられると共に前記外壁から前記軸組側に延び、前記第１金具に対して回転可能に連結された第２金具と、前記第１金具と前記第２金具との連結部と前記軸組との間の隙間に配置された第１断熱材と、を備えている。前記複数の外壁パネルは、前記外壁同士の間に水平方向の隙間が形成されると共に前記第１断熱材同士が互いに接触するように、水平方向に隣接して配置されている。【選択図】図２
