To provide a silicone composite anti-fouling sheet for scribble prevention, having excellent anti-fouling property and washability, easy to bond to an adherend, and having conformity to cracks and shifts of construction surface to be processed.SOLUTION: A silicone composite anti-fouling sheet 3 includes a silicone adhesive layer 2 laminated on one side of a substrate layer 1 constituted of a film, wherein the silicone composite anti-fouling sheet 3 is characterized in that the film constituting the substrate layer 1 has its surface of an opposite side of a surface to be laminated with the silicone adhesive layer 2 having been through anti-fouling treatment, the silicone adhesive layer 2 is a cured product of an addition reaction-curable silicone composition, the hardness of the cured product is 5 or under when measured by using Asker C hardness meter, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive strength toward a cement mortar test piece is 5 N/25 mm or over.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
