OVERFLOW ADJUSTING DEVICE AND OVERFLOW ADJUSTING METHOD
To provide an overflow adjusting device and an overflow adjusting method to suppress fluctuation of a water level generated at a downstream of a dam after the overflow of the dam occurs.SOLUTION: An overflow adjusting device is provided with: a dam water level detection part 401 detecting an overflowed water level of a dam 100; a dam water level determination part 402 determining the detected water level; a reducing water operation controller 403 performing a reducing water operation to control the water level of the dam 100 at a constant level; a guide channel water level detection part 404 detecting a water level of a guide channel 102 extending from a water inlet to an electric generator 103; a guide channel water level determination part 405 determining the detected water level; and a water inlet gate opening/closing control part 406 controlling opening/closing of the water inlet gate 601. The reducing water operation controller 403 starts the reducing water operation in a case that the water level detected by the dam water level detection part 401 is at a predetermined level. Then, the water inlet gate opening/closing control part 406 opens the water inlet gate 601 by a specific amount when a predetermined gap (amount) 604 exists between a water level detected by the guide channel water level detection part 404 and a water level for water consumption at a maximum output of the electric generator 103.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】ダムの越流の発生により、その後に生じるダムの下流における水位変動の抑制を図ること。【解決手段】越流しているダム100の水位を検出するダム水位検出部401と、検出された水位を判定するダム水位判定部402と、ダム100の水位を一定に保つように制御する減水運転をおこなう減水運転制御部403と、取水口から発電機103への導水路102の水位を検出する導水路水位検出部404と、検出された水位を判定する導水路水位判定部405と、取水口ゲート601の開閉を制御する取水口ゲート開閉制御部406と、を備え、ダム水位検出部401により検出された水位が、所定の水位の場合、減水運転制御部403が減水運転を開始し、導水路水位検出部404により検出された水位と、発電機103の最大出力時の使用水量の水位と、の間に所定の隙(量)604がある場合、取水口ゲート開閉制御部406が取水口ゲート601を所定量だけ開く。【選択図】図4
