To provide a surveillance device, a surveillance system, and an automatic door device that can acquire attribute information without identifying individual passersby.SOLUTION: A surveillance device 100 includes an imaging unit 20, an attribute information acquisition unit 32, a symbol generation unit 41, and an image generation unit 42. The imaging unit 20 captures an image of a surveillance area. The attribute information acquisition unit 32 acquires the attribute information of a passerby in the surveillance area captured by the imaging unit 20. The symbol generation unit 41 generates a symbol image indicating a passerby in the surveillance area according to the attribute information acquired by the attribute information acquisition unit 32.
