UNDERWATER CONCRETE PLACEMENT AMOUNT CONFIRMATION METHOD AND DEVICE THEREOF
To provide a method and a device which can be easily attached to and detached from a tremie pipe, are inexpensive, and can detect the presence of bubbles in a cast concrete.SOLUTION: In an underwater concrete placement amount confirmation device that is placed while pulling up a tremie pipe 14 so that a tip of the tremie pipe 14 is always inserted into concrete 11 that is poured into water 10, a detection device 37 is provided in which a plurality of detection elements 26 are attached at a predetermined interval to a substantially vertical support rod 27 with a clearance through which the water 10 flows between itself and an outer wall in the vicinity of the tip of the tremie tube 14. The detection element 26 is made of a piezoelectric ceramic, detects a change in vibration characteristics that differ depending on the air, the water 10 or the concrete 11 that touch a vibration surface of a vibration device, and displays the change on a display 34 according to each detection output.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】トレミー管への取り付け、取り外しが簡単で、安価であり、さらに、打設したコンクリートの中の気泡の存在をも検知できる方法及びその装置を提供する。【解決手段】トレミー管14の先端が常に水10の中に打ち込んだコンクリート11に挿入されるようにして前記トレミー管14を引き上げつつ打設する水中コンクリートの打設量確認装置において、前記トレミー管14の先端付近に、外壁との間で水10の流通する隙間をもって略垂直な支持棒27に所定の間隔で複数個の検知素子26を取り付けた検知装置37を設け、前記検知素子26は、圧電セラミックからなり、振動デバイスの振動面に触れる空気、水10,コンクリート11によって異なる振動特性の変化を検知し、それぞれの検知出力に応じて表示器34で表示する。【選択図】図1
