To provide an instantaneous heat exchanger capable of suppressing damage due to freezing expansion of residual water without providing a water drainage mechanism, and a sanitary cleaning device.SOLUTION: An instantaneous heat exchanger that heats water to hot water, comprises: a cylindrical heating body having a hollow part; a case that covers the outer periphery of the heating body and forms an outer flow passage between itself and the outer peripheral surface of the heating body; and an axial core member that is provided in the hollow part of the heating body and forms an inner flow passage between itself and the inner peripheral surface of the heating body, wherein the elastic modulus of the axial core member is lower than that of the heating body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】水抜きの機構を設けずとも残水の凍結膨張による破損を抑制できる瞬間式熱交換器及び衛生洗浄装置を提供する。【解決手段】水を加熱して温水とする瞬間式熱交換器であって、中空部を有する円筒状の発熱体と、前記発熱体の外周を覆い、前記発熱体の外周面との間に外側流路を形成するケースと、前記発熱体の前記中空部に設けられ、前記発熱体の内周面との間に内側流路を形成する軸芯部材と、を備え、前記軸芯部材の弾性率は、前記発熱体の弾性率よりも低いことを特徴とする瞬間式熱交換器である。【選択図】図１
