To provide an injection nozzle and the like for pinning method capable of allowing a user to perform an adhesive injection work properly and smoothly while allowing the user to perform cleaning work easily in a short time.SOLUTION: An injection nozzle includes: a single compound nozzle part 21 inserted in prepared hole 8; an opening sealing part 22 for sealing the opening 8a; and a nozzle body 23 with first and second adhesive channels 61 and 62 inside and a composite nozzle 21 attached to the tip. The composite nozzle 21 includes: a first nozzle port 37 facing the back of prepared hole 8; a second nozzle port 38 near an opening 8a of prepared hole 8; a first injection channel 35 that communicates with the first adhesive channel 61 and the first nozzle port 37; and a second injection channel 36 that communicates with the second adhesive channel 62 and the second nozzle port 38.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
