To provide means to solve problems: that there arises frequent theft damage in which members of water service meter, etc. installed in water supply piping are dismantled and taken away, since the water service meter, etc. are installed in a naked manner without being accommodated depending on installation sites; and that since it is essential to perform works of removing or replacing the water service meter, etc., if the members are completely fixed to prevent the theft damage, such works cannot be performed because the members cannot be detached.SOLUTION: A member theft preventing cover-mounting tool of this invention is configured to prevent a third party from easily accessing a member fastening part by: dividing a cylindrical frame body that surrounds a member inclusion space 12 that wraps a piping member in a piping shaft insertion hole 11 as a center into cover-mounting pieces 1a and 1b; and matching the cover-mounting pieces 1a and 1b with each other from both sides of an object member in a covering manner, hold-covering the object member, and screw-fastening the matching parts of the cover-mounting pieces with a screw.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】給水配管に設置される水道メータ等の部材は、設置場所によっては水道メータ等が格納されずに剥き出しの状態で設置されるものもあり、取り外して持ち去られるといった盗難被害が多発している。一方、水道メータ等の取外し・取替え作業は必須の作業であり、盗難被害に遭わないように部材を完全に固定しまうと部材が着脱できなくなり、このような必須の作業も行うことができなくなってしまう問題がある。【解決手段】配管軸挿通孔１１を中心に配管部材を覆包する部材包合スペース１２を囲む円筒状の枠体を覆着片１ａ、１ｂに分割し、対象部材の両側から覆着片１ａ、１ｂを覆着重合して対象部材を抱覆して覆着片の着合部をビスにより螺合締着して第三者が安易に部材締結部に触れることが出来ないように構成した。【選択図】図１
