To easily attach a handle case to a door panel by one-touch operation.SOLUTION: This handle H comprises: a plurality of case hook attachment recesses 13 and bearings 14; a plurality of case hooks 15; and a plurality of spring members. When a door handle is attached to a door panel P, a handle case 1 is inserted into an attachment opening P0 of the door panel P from a front side of the door panel P toward a rear side, and a flange 11 is pressed around an edge of the attachment opening P0 on the front side of the door panel P, while an engagement claw 15c of each case hook 15 is engaged with the edge of the attachment opening P0 on the rear side of the door panel P, so that the door handle is attached to the door panel P by one-touch operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
