To provide a guard rail structure which protects pedestrians from damage and scattering as compared with conventional one even if a vehicle collides, and gives slight unpleasant feeling to pedestrians.SOLUTION: A guard rail structure 10 installed at the boundary with respect to a sidewalk along the traveling direction of a road is provided with a precast concrete wall 12, and a bamboo or wooden natural material structure 14 that is provided on at least the sidewalk side of the precast concrete wall surface 12 to suppress scattering of debris when the precast concrete wall surface is damaged by a vehicle collision.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】車両が衝突しても、従来以上に破損や飛散から歩行者を保護し、かつ、歩行者に対して不快感を与えることの少ないガードレール構造体を提供する。【解決手段】道路の走行方向に沿って歩道との境界に設置されるガードレール構造体１０は、プレキャストコンクリート壁面１２と、プレキャストコンクリート壁面１２の少なくとも歩道側の面に設けられ、プレキャストコンクリート壁面が車両衝突により破損した際の破片飛散を抑制する竹製あるいは木製の自然素材構造体１４を備える。【選択図】図１
