STEEL TOWER MAINTENANCE METHOD AND STEEL TOWER MAINTENANCE DEVICE
To provide a steel tower maintenance method which can secure sufficient durability and the safety of construction while simplifying a process of the maintenance work of a steel tower, and a steel tower maintenance device.SOLUTION: This steel tower maintenance method for maintaining an existing steel tower comprises: a preparation process for hanging down a rope body from an upper part of a steel tower; an installation process for installing a moving body which is movable along the rope body; a moving process moving along a member of the steel tower by the moving body; a polishing process for polishing the member by a prescribed polishing method corresponding to a state of a coating of a surface of the member by a polishing tool, and sucking powdery dust generated by the polishing; an adjustment process for preventing a scatter, and adjusting the viscosity of paint to a prescribed value so that the coating is formed at a prescribed thickness; and a painting process for painting the member whose surface is polished by a painting tool to which a prescribed amount of the paint corresponding to a painting range of the paint is supplied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】鉄塔の保全作業の工程を簡略化しつつも、十分な耐久性と施工の安全性を確保することができる鉄塔保全方法及び鉄塔保全装置を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明は、既存の鉄塔を保全するための鉄塔保全方法であって、前記鉄塔の上方からロープ体を垂下する準備工程と、前記ロープ体に沿って移動自在な移動体を設置する設置工程と、前記移動体により前記鉄塔の部材に沿って移動する移動工程と、研磨工具により前記部材の表面の塗膜の状態に応じた所定の研磨方法により前記部材を研磨すると共に、研磨によって生じた粉塵を吸引する研磨工程と、飛散を防止すると共に、所定の厚さの塗膜が形成されるように塗料の粘性を所定値に調整する調整工程と、前記塗料の粘性及び塗装範囲に応じた所定量の前記塗料が供給される塗装工具により、表面が研磨された前記部材を塗装する塗装工程と、を備える、鉄塔保全方法である。【選択図】図1
