To provide a construction structure that is less likely to create a crack when handling a panel body with a wide part and a narrow part, and a construction method of a building panel, and the building panel.SOLUTION: A construction structure comprises a ground and a building panel 3 attached to the ground. The building panel 3 has a wide part 41 and a narrow part 42 that has a shorter dimension than the wide part 41 in a width direction. The building panel 3 has a reinforcement body 5 that suppress the crack originating from a corner part 45 made by the wide part 41 and the narrow part 42.
