To reduce a load applied to the fixing portion of a driving part.SOLUTION: A washing water tank device related to the present embodiment has a tank part, a drain valve and a turning device. The tank device stores washing water. The drain valve is arranged inside the tank part and closes a drain port formed on a bottom part of the tank part. The turning device draws up the drain valve, and has a driving part, a shaft part and a connection member. The driving part generates torque. The shaft part is rotated by the torque of the driving part. The connection member connects the shaft part with the drain valve. The tank part has an installation surface, a fixing part and a locking part. The installation surface is provided above a storing space of the washing water. The fixing part is provided on the installation surface and fixes the driving part. The locking part is provided on the installation surface and locks the driving part to regulate the rotation of the driving part around the axial direction of the shaft part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
