To provide an outer wall decorative material and a foundation water drip capable of suppressing the deterioration of the appearance of a building where a step is generated at the lower end of adjacent outer wall surface materials and enhancing versatility.SOLUTION: An outer wall decorative material 32 has a fixing member 34, a covering member 36, and an extensible member 38. The fixing member 34 is arranged on the lower side in the height direction with respect to a plurality of outer wall face materials 24 arranged in the orthogonal direction orthogonal to the height direction of a building 10, and fixed to an outer wall frame 22 to which the outer wall face materials 24 are attached. The covering member 36 is arranged outside the fixing member 34 in the inside and outside directions orthogonal to the height direction and the orthogonal direction, and covers a lower end part 25 of the outer wall face material 24 when viewed from the inside and outside directions. The extensible member 38 connects the fixing member 34 and the covering member 36 in the inside and outside directions and is extensible in the inside and outside directions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】隣合う外壁面材の下端部に段差が生じている建物の見栄えが悪くなることを抑制し、且つ汎用性を高めることができる外壁化粧材及び土台水切を得る。【解決手段】外壁化粧材３２は、固定部材３４と、被覆部材３６と、伸縮部材３８とを有する。固定部材３４は、建物１０の高さ方向と直交する直交方向に並ぶ複数の外壁面材２４に対して、高さ方向における下側に配置され、外壁面材２４が取付けられる外壁フレーム２２に固定される。被覆部材３６は、高さ方向及び直交方向と直交する内外方向において固定部材３４よりも外側に配置され、内外方向から見た場合に外壁面材２４の下端部２５を覆う。伸縮部材３８は、固定部材３４と被覆部材３６とを内外方向に連結し且つ内外方向に伸縮可能とされている。【選択図】図１
