To reduce a load of an air conditioning system.SOLUTION: A smart window control device controls transmissivity of a smart window provided at a window part in a space where temperature control is preformed according to the set temperature by an air conditioning system. The smart window control device includes: an acquisition part for acquiring a prediction value of environment information of the outside of the space at a section between a first time and a second time which is after the predetermined time from the first time; a calculation part for calculating a temperature transition of the space in the section on the basis of the prediction value of the environment information of the outside in the section; and a transmissivity control part for controlling the transmissivity of the smart window so that the temperature of the space in the section transits on the basis of the calculated temperature transition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 空調システムの負荷を下げる。【解決手段】 スマートウィンドウ制御装置は、空調システムにより設定温度に応じた温度制御が行われる空間の、窓部に設けられたスマートウィンドウの透過率を制御するスマートウィンドウ制御装置であって、第１の時刻と、該第１の時刻から所定時間後の第２の時刻との間の区間における、前記空間の外部の環境情報の予測値を取得する取得部と、前記区間における前記空間の温度遷移を、前記区間における前記外部の環境情報の予測値に基づいて算出する算出部と、前記区間における前記空間の温度が、算出された前記温度遷移に基づいて遷移するように、前記スマートウィンドウの透過率を制御する透過率制御部とを有する。【選択図】図２
