To provide a drum type scraping device facilitating taking in and out scaffolding members and preventing the scaffolding member from being scattered.SOLUTION: A rotary drum 4 whose inside becomes a scraping chamber is supported by an inclined frame 3 so as to make the drum rotatable around a shaft center, and make an angle in the vertical direction of the shaft center variable. An openable/closable door member 5 is provided at least in one end part in the axial direction of the rotary drum 4. The rotary drum 4 is supported by changing an angle in the vertical direction of the rotary drum 4 so as to make the shaft center of the rotary drum 4 lower in an end part direction of the door member 5, and a member 10a to be scraped in the rotary drum 4 is discharged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16
