    To provide: a dielectric ceramic composition capable of improving reliability; and a laminated ceramic capacitor including the dielectric ceramic composition.SOLUTION: In one embodiment of the invention, a dielectric ceramic composition includes a BaTiObased mother material main component and an accessory component. The accessory component includes, as a first accessory component element, dysprosium (Dy) and gadolinium (Gd). A ratio of a content of the gadolinium (Gd) to a total content of the first accessory component element is 25% or more.
