To provide a horizontal circulation type parking device with a berth capable of providing the berth at a position deviated from a lift in the horizontal direction even in the horizontal circulation type parking device for moving a vehicle mounted on a pallet.SOLUTION: Provided are: a lift 3 capable of lifting and lowering a pallet 2 for loading a vehicle 1, a berth 12 adjacent to the lift 3 in a loading floor 11, and a pallet conveying device 13 for horizontally moving the pallet 2 in the width direction between the lift 3 and the berth 12. The pallet 2 has horizontal feed rails extending horizontally in the width direction on the lower surfaces of both ends in the longitudinal direction, and the horizontal feed rails have horizontal lower surfaces continuing over the entire length in the width direction of the pallet 2. The pallet conveying device 13 has a plurality of support rollers 13a which are spaced from each other in the width direction and support the horizontal lower surface of the horizontal feed rails of the pallet 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
