To automatically obtain a design candidate of an exterior that achieves appropriate light environment.SOLUTION: A design information output unit 16 of an exterior design support device 100 optimizes each variable of an evaluation function including: a variable representing an index relating to direct light to be injected into a space in a building provided with an exterior; a variable representing an index relating to indirect light to be injected into the space in the building or a variable representing an index relating to illuminance of the space in the building; and a variable representing an index relating to cost for creating an exterior to obtain a design candidate of the exterior and output the design candidate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
